Pre-booking is required.

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• 12pm Check-in / 10am check out

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival – 25% cancellation fee

• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival – 50% cancellation or a transfer voucher may be issued.

• Cancellations made between 0 and 13 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fee.
